I have been licensed since 2006 as a Realtor in Lake County Florida. During my career, I became a short sale specialist, gained an annual 90% referral and repeat customer base and since have obtained by Broker License and Florida Real Estate Instructor Certificate. Currently I am employed by ERA Grizzard Real Estate in the position of Director of Training and Development for the company. I truly get satisfaction from helping my agents stay on top of the latest real estate tools, technology and training. We have a collaborative office culture and truly want to help each agent plan, build and grow their individual businesses.
