As a licensed REALTOR® from 1995 and 2021 to the present, having years of experience as an Escrow Officer in between, I was involved with thousands of real estate contracts. I have the skills, resources and determination to help bring dreams to life! My approach is to treat every client as if they were a part of my family, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed with the same care and diligence I would afford my own loved ones. I am not in this industry to chase numbers or recognition; instead, I focus on the individual needs of each client. If you work with me, it will be all about You! Having been a military brat and moving many times growing up, then upsizing and downsizing my personal residence for various reasons, I find I can relate very well with all of the diverse needs of my clients. I am a member of the Home Building Association of Greater Portland and have worked in the Building industry as part of Westland Industries, Inc. since 2005. I was involved in building a home in the Street of Affordable Homes, picking a development site for a past Street of Dreams, and building many of my own personal residences. The Home Builders Foundation has always been close to my heart as we have built numerous homes for community members facing different crises and needing housing support. I �ve been fortunate enough to help with the Foundation Auction over the years that raises money to build these homes with the help of our gracious home builders in Portland. In my spare time, I love hanging out with Family, which includes my Golden Retriever Zoey and German Shepherd Max, and Friends wherever that takes us. Road trips are in my blood exploring the US. My Italian heritage gives me the perfect excuse to be the hovercraft of the Family and spew my Nutritional facts to all, along with supplying everyone with my medicinal soups in flu season. Golf, deep sea fishing, dancing, hiking, weight lifting and checking out anything researchable on the web are my hobbies.
