Her hands-on experience has given Kelsey a strong understanding of what agents need to feel supported and succeed. She is passionate about strengthening company culture, improving systems, and ensuring agents have the resources and encouragement they need to grow.

Stepping into ownership was a natural extension of Kelsey's commitment to Duke Warner Realty and its people.
