I am a licensed real estate agent that joined the business in 2004. We specialize in buying, selling and leasing single family houses, condominiums and 2-4 unit properties. This is our core business. We do buy, sell and lease land and commercial properties for some selected clients.
We are experts negotiating short sales and bank owned (known as REOs) property sales. Each month, 30-60% of all sales are distressed property transactions. We have superb relationships with many banks to help get these sales closed in a timely manner.
The business of rental properties is extremely competitive as many homeowners have lost or short sold their homes need a place to live. It requires great care and patience with property owners to lease their rental properties to these families and individuals. We are caring, ethical agents that make a difference in people's lives.
We help investors add real estate properties to their portfolios as rents are on the rise. So, with real estate prices far below the peak in 2006, interest rates remaining attractive for non-cash investors and demand for rental properties excessively high, the next 3-7 years provide enormous opportunities for investors. We work with several groups buying investment properties, fixing them up and reselling them, or buying these properties and renting them out with attractive rates of return. We continue to look for new investors seeking these opportunities.
