I first started in the real estate business drawing house plans in 1988.  I did this for several years, until I started having kids and didn't have time to work outside the home. To continue my passion in real estate, I did some investing in a few rental properties.  I also acted as  my own contractor in building a house for our family.  I took care of hiring the subcontractors & managing all the details.  And in 2001, I got my Real Estate License; however, my kids (4 of them) were young and I couldn't work in a formal setting.  Then 2009, I started working in a formal setting.  I first worked as an Assistant to a very busy agent.  Then in 2011, I started working for ERA as a Full Time Realtor .  The real estate market is definitely picking up.  I have sold Oceanfront Homes, Foreclosures, Short Sales, 2nd homes, Homes for first time buyers, and lots of condos.  I have listed all types of Properties  in Fernandina Beach, Amelia Island and Yulee. 

I have been a Top Producer since 2012.  In 2012, I was awarded 'Rookie of the Year' from the ERA Southeast District.  In 2016, I was 'Agent of the Year' for the ERA Fernandina Beach Office with the most volume & Listings.  It is such a privilege to be able to do what I love!
