Nichole Pomatto

Nichole Pomatto grew up in Siskiyou County then moved to the Napa Valley where she attended the Culinary Institute of America and obtained an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts. She then completed her Bachelor's Degree at SNHU in Business Administration while she was working for a direct private money lender for 3.5 years.

With her extensive background in Private Money, we decided to bring on Nichole to run our Carlile Private Finance division of the brokerage in addition to doing all other types of loans.

As a member of the Carlile Lending team Nichole's focus is on helping others navigate their way through the lending process. She is able to guide borrowers into the loan that best fits their needs, whether it is Private Money, NonQM, Conventional, or Government Loans.
