Gwen Killion has 29 years of real estate experience and is a top producer not only at Schuler Bauer ERA, but in state and regional rankings as well. With sales averaging 15 million a year, she is a consistent, hard working, full time realtor. As the recipient of the Centurion Producers Award numerous times, and ranking as high as #4 in Kentucky in individual production, she has achieved a level of service and production unmatched by many in her industry. She consistently receives the annual Quality Service Award based on the outstanding feedback provided by her buyers and sellers. Gwen has served on the Board of Directors for the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors and is an instructor of continuing education real estate classes.

Gwen specializes in relocation to and from the Louisville, Prospect, and Oldham County areas. She is a Certified Relocation Specialist and works closely with Cartus, Sirva, Lexicon, Plus Relocation, Graebel and many other relocation companies. Her corporate clients include UPS, Yum! Brands, General Electric, Raytheon, Kindred Healthcare, University of Louisville, American Air Filter, & Humana, just to name a few.

Gwen is a native of Louisville, KY and grew up in Indian Hills. She attended Sacred Heart Academy. Gwen is a graduate of Vanderbilt University. She has a Master of Science degree from the University of Kentucky in Counseling Psychology. After a 6 year career in Houston, Texas as a licensed Counseling Psychologist, she moved into psychiatric healthcare marketing, eventually becoming Director of Marketing for a private psychiatric hospital. Despite a successful career in Houston, Gwen and her husband Kent longed to raise a family in a smaller city, and they moved to her hometown of Louisville, KY in 1990.

Moving to Louisville brought with it some big changes... Gwen decided to join her family in the real estate business, putting her marketing and sales and psychology training to use in a different way! The Hettinger name was well known in Louisville for homebuilding and real estate development. When her father broke ground on The Estates of Hunting Creek in Prospect, Gwen had become a licensed realtor and was there from day one. As her real estate business soared, she knew she had found her calling.

Gwen and her husband Kent live in Prospect and have three children, now young adults. When not busy listing and showing homes, Gwen can be found cheering at lacrosse games, sitting by the pool (or golfing terribly) at Hunting Creek Country Club, and cooking great Italian food for family and friends.
