Shelby Foster

Shelby was born and raised in Littleton, Colorado and currently resides close by in Centennial. Shelby attended the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley and graduated with a degree in Public Relations and Advertising in 2015. This led her to ERA New Age Real Estate where she started her professional career as the Associate Marketing Director. It is here her passion for Real Estate and Property Management blossomed. Shelby earned her Associate Brokers License in 2016.

Shelby has a vast knowledge of the current market trends and analyzes neighborhood data throughout the Denver Metro area daily. She works with buyer, sellers and investors. Shelby currently sits on the Board of Directors for the South Metro Denver Association of Realtors as Vice President of Advocacy. She is an RPAC Major Investor and is active in the local and state a dvocacy efforts.
