Ali Corton | Your MetroWest Boston Transition Move Expert
Realtor?, Broker, Notary & Branch Director
If you're planning a move in Greater Boston or the MetroWest area, you deserve a knowledgeable guide who understands both the local market and the emotional weight that often comes with major life transitions. As a Realtor?, Broker, Notary, and Branch Director serving Framingham and the MetroWest Boston region, I specialize in helping clients navigate what I call "transition moves"-moments when buying or selling a home is connected to a larger life change. Whether you're a first-time home buyer, relocating to MetroWest, upsizing for a growing family, downsizing after many years in your home, or preparing to sell, my goal is to provide the clarity, strategy, and support you need to move forward with confidence.
With over 25 years of experience in real estate and client service, I take an education-first approach to every transaction. I believe informed clients make the best decisions, so I invest time upfront explaining the buying or selling process, reviewing market conditions, and setting clear expectations. My clients know what to expect at each step-from preparing a home for sale to navigating competitive offers or closing documents. By focusing on transparent communication, careful planning, and strong advocacy, I help make the real estate process feel organized, predictable, and far less stressful.
As a longtime MetroWest resident and real estate professional, I bring deep local knowledge of communities such as Framingham, Natick, Wayland, Ashland, Sudbury, Southborough, Marlborough, and many surrounding Greater Boston suburbs. My role as a Branch Director with ERA Key Realty Services in Framingham also allows me to stay closely connected to current market trends, industry best practices, and the full team of resources that help clients succeed in today's competitive housing market. I especially enjoy working with first-time buyers who appreciate a patient teacher, as well as repeat clients and referrals who value trusted guidance and a steady hand throughout the process.
Before entering real estate, I worked in the non-profit sector, where listening carefully, solving problems creatively, and serving others with integrity were essential. Those values continue to shape my approach today. For me, success isn't simply measured in closed transactions-it's reflected in lasting relationships, client trust, and a reputation built on honesty, ethics, and results.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and connected to my community. You'll often find me playing tennis, reading historical fiction, volunteering, traveling, or cheering on my kids at their lacrosse games. These moments reinforce what I remind my clients every day: home is more than a property-it's the life you build within it.
If you're buying or selling a home in Framingham or the MetroWest Boston area, I would love the opportunity to help you plan your next move. My goal is simple: when the process is complete, you'll feel informed, supported, and excited about what comes next.
