Thomas Neubauer

Tom Neubauer is the President and CEO of ERA Neubauer Real Estate, Inc., a leading firm in the Panama City area with three offices serving Bay, Gulf, Washington, and Walton Counties. His firm is a CARTUS Premier Broker and has been recognized nationally as the top ERA company for customer satisfaction, service and community involvement. Tom currently serves in leadership on a number community, state and national boards related to real estate, economic development, the Catholic church and national defense. Tom graduated from Gulf Coast State College with an Associate Degree in Real Estate, and then attended the University of West Florida, majoring in Marketing and Management. In 1976, he married Margaret upon her graduation from Florida State University, also from an Air Force family. Tom and Margaret have three children, the oldest son works with the company, a son working in multi-family property construction and management in Charleston, SC, and a daughter, working with USAA. Tom and Margaret have eight grandchildren. Tom and his family enjoy involvement in nearly every facet of community life on the NW Florida waterfront. Tom was presented the Lauren Merriam Award by the Bay County Chamber of Commerce, the Ethics in Business Award by the Rotary Clubs and Chamber, and has been recognized as the Association's Realtor of the Year. ERA Neubauer Real Estate has received the Jim Jackson Award for Customer Satisfaction from ERA Franchise Systems, and Tom and his firm have been recognized twice by ERA Real Estate with the ERA Gene Francis Memorial Award, presented annually to the top brokerage firms.
