Thomas Neubauer

Tom Neubauer is the President and CEO of ERA Neubauer Real Estate, Inc., a leading firm in the Panama City area with three offices serving Bay, Gulf, Washington, and Walton Counties. His firm is an Anywherey Leads Group (CARTUS) Premier Broker and has been recognized as the top ERA company for customer satisfaction, service and community involvement. He currently serves on a number community & state boards related to economic development, and military support. Tom has engaged in several real estate development projects, formation of a community bank and has served in volunteer leadership roles for Panama City Port Authority, Bay Economic Development Alliance, Bay Medical Center Board of Trustees, Gulf Coast State College foundation, the Bay County Chamber of Commerce, Military Affairs Committee, Catholic Foundation of NW Florida and others. Tom and his wife both grew up in Air Force families. Tom's primary focus as a volunteer is in support of the military, serving as president of the Bay Defense Alliance since 2007, Vice Chairman of Florida's Defense Support Commission 2011, member and past chairman of the Air Combat Command Commander's Group since 2014 and inducted as an Air and Space Force Civic Leader in 2019.
