As a former Broker/Owner, Paula understands the need for strong communication skills and with over 30 years of Real Estate experience, Paula makes each transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible for her clients.

Paula began her career in Real Estate in 1996 as a personal assistant to a Real Estate team, then headed the Rental Division and after joining Lahaina Realty in 2002 as a Realtor, was offered the opportunity to purchase the company. In 2023 she decided to merge with ERA to provide an unlimited amount of tools to enhance the real estate experience. Paula has been able to provide numerous clients with her knowledge, expertise, and unparalleled passion for the field.
