Linda A. Garner is a REALTOR® and Historic Preservation Consultant with ERA Martin Associates, helping buyers and sellers in Salisbury and throughout Maryland's Eastern Shore, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, and Los Angeles County, California.

With more than 18 years of real estate experience and over 30 years of involvement in historic preservation, Linda offers a distinctive combination of real estate knowledge, architectural awareness and preservation advocacy. She specializes in historic and architecturally significant homes, distinctive properties, luxury and equestrian estates, waterfront homes and residential real estate. She also assists first-time buyers, downsizers, military clients and owners of properties that require thoughtful positioning and specialized marketing.

Linda's preservation background includes serving as a mayor-appointed Historic Commissioner for the City of Pomona, California, collaborating with preservation boards and community organizations, and helping develop policies intended to protect historic properties from neglect and demolition. She is familiar with preservation ordinances in Maryland, Pennsylvania and California, as well as the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties.

For buyers, Linda provides guidance that extends beyond price and location. She helps clients consider architectural character, historic designation, preservation requirements, maintenance needs and long-term stewardship.
