Thank you for visiting my page and taking the time to learn a little more about me and my journey into Arizona real estate.

I was born and raised in Bellingham, Washington, where I enjoyed a successful 35-year career as the Parts Manager for a local Chevrolet/Cadillac dealership. I loved working with people, solving problems, and building relationships - skills that have continued to serve me well throughout my career in real estate.

My connection to the Southwest began in the early 1990s, when I started taking annual motorcycle adventures throughout the Western United States. Every year, I found myself especially drawn to the beauty, climate, and lifestyle of the Southwest. During my very first visit to Arizona, I told myself that someday I would call this incredible part of the country home.

That dream became a reality in 2012. After taking a year to travel the country by motorcycle, I found myself asking the question, "What do I want to be when I grow up?" I knew I wanted a career where I could continue working with people while enjoying a lifestyle that didn't require me to spend 12 hours a day in the same building.

A good friend - who also happened to be the Realtor who sold me my Arizona home - suggested that my personality, optimism, and enthusiasm would make me a natural fit for real estate.

He was right.

I absolutely love what I do and often refer to this chapter of my life as "Mark 2.0." I consider it a true privilege to help buyers, sellers, and families navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

Helping Clients Make Arizona Home

While I work with many local Arizona clients, one of the areas I particularly enjoy is helping out-of-state buyers and relocation clients make the move to Arizona. Having personally made the transition myself, I understand that relocating to Arizona can involve a lot of planning, questions, and moving pieces.
