Traci Watson Bailey

A little of my back ground includes that I am native of Vernon Parish and grew up in Leesville. After graduating Leesville High School I attended Northwestern State University where in 2005 I completed my Bachelors Degree. I am detail oriented, an animal lover, avid reader, long time musician and political enthusiast. My extensive back ground with years of experience banking and mortgage finance include having worked for Sabine State Bank, Chase Home Mortgage and Fairway Independent Mortgage. I've been a licensed agent with ERA Sarver Real Estate for 3 years and have worked with all sorts of buyers and sellers. I specialize in the "tough" sales and take great pride in working closely with my buyers and sellers through the difficulties to reach a happy ending! Having grown up in Leesville I understand and greatly appreciate the extensive influence Fort Polk and our heroes play in our housing market and over all business climate, as well as understanding the needs of soldiers, their families, and our local people. I feel being knowledgeable of these things is instrumental in effectively working for both current and future residents of our area.
