Mary Ann Brawner

I began my career in 1978 in South Florida's competitive real estate market. I moved to DeLand in 1981 and continued selling residential, waterfront, acreage and commercial properties in Volusia's dynamic communities.

Real Estate has given me the chance to meet and form relationships with clients from all walks of life, newlyweds to retirees. DeLand has presented me the opportunity to be involved in numerous philanthropic, social and community organizations. I feel it's important to give back to the community that has given so much to my family and me.

I am married to a retired educator and have two beautiful grown children with families of their own. I pride myself in personal and professional service with an aggressive sales approach for my client while staying abreast of the ever changing real estate market.
