As a Naperville, IL native, I previously had a 25 year career at a publishing company in Oak Brook, IL. I moved to beautiful Door County in 1996 and was a communications coordinator for the Sturgeon Bay Visitor and Convention Bureau for 4 years. I received my real estate license in 2005 and in 2006 received ERA Starr Realty Rookie of the Year Award for listing and sales production. I have also received the ERA Beyond Excellence Award, ERA Starr Realty Associate of the Year Award and numerous Multi-Million Dollar Producer Awards for ERA Starr Realty.

Having worked in the private and public sectors, my real estate team-mate and husband, Terry, are of the belief that the more open and honest people are with each other the better the overall results are for everyone. This applies to the real estate profession as well. We take great care to educate our buyers and sellers on current market conditions and give them knowledgeable information to help them make the best decisions. With our Sellers, we provide substantial data to ensure that the price they establish as their listing price is reasonable and competitive. We recommend areas of the property that need attention so that it is in the best possible condition for showing. With our Buyers, we listen to their criteria for "must haves" and search for only properties within their financial parameters. From showings to closing, we are with them every step of the way.
