Real estate has been a significant part of my life since birth. My family founded Pawleys Island Realty in 1962, and my father managed it until his death in 2018. I graduated from USC with a BS degree in Business Administration in 1986 and shortly thereafter began a career in real estate as a licensed appraiser. I have performed appraisals all over the state which has given me a vast knowledge of all aspects of the various real estate markets. I have twenty-five years' combined experience as an appraiser and agent which benefits my clients when all-important negotiations are taking place. My clients have confidence in me and my ability to get the job done correctly - the first time.
