Terrence grew up in the Midwest state of Iowa and moved to Colorado in 1988 because the winters in Iowa are much colder and more brutal. Colorado has sunshine more days than not, and it has so much to offer with things to do.
Terrence holds a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising Graphic Design and an Associates in Marketing and Sales. After completing college, Terrence worked for a large company that sold equipment to the law enforcement and airline communities. Besides having a full online marketing and sales line, they developed their own catalogs and printed media in-house for locations across the U.S.. Terrence enjoyed working for the company but had a hard time sitting at a desk.
His experiences in property management are extensive, with over twenty-five years in the industry. Terrence has worked for both commercial and residential property management companies in Colorado. During his tenure working in commercial property management, he has received extensive training in project management and contract negotiations through BOMA (Building Owners Management Association/Denver). Terrence is hands-on for his whole portfolio for the reason he likes knowing everything about his owners, his tenants, and what issues there are when they arrive. The more interaction he has with his clients and tenants, the more often they pay their rent on time, and the better the communication is when issues arise.
Terrence and his wife enjoy everything about Colorado. Going to Rockies games, checking out new restaurants, going to movies and the performing arts to name a few. They spend a lot of time getting together with family and friends.
