Cheryl is a seasoned executive with more than 35 years of real estate, healthcare business, and management consulting experience. Throughout her career she has led business development & market expansion initiatives for companies across the US, including strategic planning, real estate acquisition, land asset management & development, lease transactions, facility planning and construction project management, along with marketing communications and public relations. Key local projects included feasibility analysis, architectural, & construction planning for the greenfield Big Sky Medical Center; leading the development team for a 55+ subdivision through its infrastructure and vertical construction; along with managing land-use master planning and satellite development projects.
Since its founding in 2016, Cheryl has been a co-owner and member of Stay Montana, LLC, [staymontana.com] a vacation rental management company. Additionally, she is co-owner and member of RTE Property Group, LLC, [rtepropertygroup.com] a professional property management company providing multi-family, commercial, and association property management.
