Lauren Evans

Lauren is passionate about real estate and strives to provide the highest level of customer service to her clients. She is experienced in representing both buyers and sellers, proficient in land deals, and skilled in assisting investors with 1031 exchanges. She serves both Washington & Iron counties in Southern Utah. Lauren has been licensed as a Realtor since 2019. Her first year she received the Rookie of the Year award with ERA Brokers, and has received awards with the company every year since. In 2023 she achieved the next level of licensure and is now an Associate Broker. She is a certified Dave Ramsey Trusted Pro, Distinctive Properties certified, and a Best of Zillow Top 1% Premier Agent. Previously an active duty military spouse, she is passionate about serving veterans and is very experienced with VA clients. Lauren is also active within her community, serving on the boards for volunteer organizations and actively volunteering at events in the community. In addition to her passion for real estate, Lauren loves to travel, off road, and go hiking with her dogs.
